Still very tiny, and the tree is still young, so we'll be lucky to get just a few this year.But they make beautiful trees and are easy, easy, easy to grow under the toughest conditions that central Texas can offer.
There's a restaurant in town with a loquat tree growing in the middle of a parking lot. As far as I can tell, it never gets watered, or cared for in any way. Yet it puts out bushels of fruit every year.
Hi there, loving your blog.....I have a loquat tree too, but mine is only about 1 1/2 feet tall....I'm sure it will be a while before I get my first fruit...but looking forward to it, just the same as you.
