What's for Dinner?

Here's tonight's dinner. We're having a tomato, cucumber, onion, and basil salad and a zucchini frittata. We'll use all of those zucchini. All six of them. And we'll use all the tomatoes, basil, and cucumbers. And we'll eat all of it. Just the two of us.

Because we're crazy about fresh spring vegetables. So is this dinner healthy or greedy?

  1. Wow, those are nice looking veggies. After all the work that went into growing those crops they couldn't be anything other than healthy. A zucchini frittata sounds so good.

  5. Just go for it! It always feels so wonderfully healthy eating a whole meal of stuff that was grown yards away and minutes ago! Bon apetit!

  6. What a delicious selection of vegetables! I'm still waiting for everything to get big enough to eat on my veg plot! This isn't easy as I'm a particularly impatient grower!
